Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for purchasing this training course. However, you will be sent pre-reading material 20 days before your course begins, which we strongly recommend completing in advance.

Exam information

Whether attending the one- or two-day course, attendees take the ISO 17024-certificated UK GDPR F exam set by IBITGQ (International Board for IT Governance Qualifications). There is no extra charge for this exam.

The assessment is delivered online and lasts 60 minutes.

Can exams be retaken?

Yes, if you are unsuccessful on the first attempt, you can retake the exam for an additional fee.

Qualifications

Those that pass the exam will earn the ISO 17024-certificated UK GDPR F qualification – recognised by employers worldwide.

Overall the course was very useful and the amount and level of the information provided was excellent. The trainer Andrew Snow was exceptionally knowledgeable, and its always good having someone who ‘does’ the job and is not a just a trainer. 5 out of 5!! I did the course via online learning, it was quick and easy to connect and the platform worked very well. It is not perfect a perfect training medium, but a worthy substitute in these challenging times.

Course materials of a high quality and received in plenty of time before my course. Andrew Snow was clearly a very knowledgeable consultant who delivered the course and answered questions put to him in an expert manner. He managed to keep pace and maintained the attention and interest of the group using his real world knowledge to amplify key points of the GDPR. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I havent attended many formal training courses but I needn't have worried. Once I received and read through the excellent pre-course materials which were of high quality with lots of useful links, I was able to take the course with confidence, even achieving a solid pass in the exam which was unexpected. Great trainer in Matthew Potter - This has now given me the confidence to achieve the Practitioner qualification over the next 12 months - 5 star rating well deserved

I took this course as part of my career development (wanting to become a DPO) - I came away with a lot of valuable knowledge that, despite being an Information Governance Officer, I had not known prior to the course. I found Andrew Snow to be warmly engaging, wholly competent and open to questions from delegates - all in all; the "perfect trainer". I would recommend this course and consider money well spent - definite 5 stars!!
