Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for purchasing this training course. However, you will be sent pre-reading material 20 days before your course begins, which we strongly recommend completing in advance.

Exam information

Whether attending the one- or two-day course, attendees take the ISO 17024-certificated UK GDPR F exam set by IBITGQ (International Board for IT Governance Qualifications). There is no extra charge for this exam.

The assessment is delivered online and lasts 60 minutes.

Can exams be retaken?

Yes, if you are unsuccessful on the first attempt, you can retake the exam for an additional fee.

Qualifications

Those that pass the exam will earn the ISO 17024-certificated UK GDPR F qualification – recognised by employers worldwide.

The GDPR Foundation course was fantastic with a thorough overview of GDPR. The trainer was very clear and concise with in depth knowledge making it very easy to understand. The only negative point was that it was information overload for 1 day which made it hard to digest in one day.

The course covered a broad range of topics and material, however, it did not feel rushed and there was time for questions and to discuss examples of applying the theory. A great course for learning the basics of GDPR and a good foundation to build on through further training and practice.

The course was informative, and trainer used everyday examples that help with understanding. There is a lot of information to take in and the exam is immediately after the course which doesn’t give much time for the information to ‘digest’. However, the written guides provided with the course are great addition and you can always refer to them in the future.

The trainer had a really broad knowledge and put in some great everyday scenarios to help understand in a real world way. I do feel it's a lot of information to digest and then immediately be tested on, perhaps a next day exam would be benefited to properly process and understand everything. Great course though.
