ITIL Intermediate self-paced online training courses
IT Governance are an ITIL Training Affiliate for a number of ITIL Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs) that supply ITIL Intermediate self-paced online courses. This means we can offer a wide selection of the best ITIL Intermediate courses and are sure we have one to meet your needs.
The ITIL Intermediate self-paced online courses we offer are delivered online and last for a period of 60 days. Extensions to this subscription period are possible.
All of the self-paced online courses we offer are accredited by APMG and one of the ITIL Examination Institutes.

ITIL intermediate exam vouchers
Working in partnership with one of the ITIL examination institutes, we now provide vouchers for the ITIL examinations. These vouchers are emailed to you within 48 hours, allowing you to book your Intermediate (or MALC) exam online at one of over 600 test centres worldwide. The voucher is redeemed when registering for the exam.
We can also arrange online exams at no extra cost, but this is done by special request only.
Anyone looking to book their Intermediate (or MALC) exam must have completed and received the Certificate of Completion on one of the above self-paced online courses purchased through IT Governance.
Candidates wishing to take an ITIL® Intermediate exam should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate, and have completed the corresponding intermediate course before requesting their exam voucher.
This exam fee voucher provides candidates with an exam seat for the ITIL® Intermediate, 90-minute exam.
The pass mark is 70%. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (with PeopleCert).

Candidates wishing to take an ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle exam should have 17 ITIL® credits (2 from Foundation- and 15 from Intermediate- level study) and have completed the Managing Across the Lifecycle course before requesting their exam voucher.
This exam fee voucher provides candidates with an exam seat for the ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle, 120-minute exam.
The pass mark is 70%. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (with PeopleCert).
