Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for purchasing this training course. However, you will be sent pre-reading material 20 days before your course begins, which we strongly recommend completing in advance.

Exam information

Whether attending the one- or two-day course, attendees take the ISO 17024-certificated UK GDPR F exam set by IBITGQ (International Board for IT Governance Qualifications). There is no extra charge for this exam.

The assessment is delivered online and lasts 60 minutes.

Can exams be retaken?

Yes, if you are unsuccessful on the first attempt, you can retake the exam for an additional fee.

Qualifications

Those that pass the exam will earn the ISO 17024-certificated UK GDPR F qualification – recognised by employers worldwide.

This course awards 7 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, which are accredited by the CPD Certification Service.

Attended the online version of the course. I’m not going to lie, for a day long course, there’s a lot of information to take in but the trainer engages with the class in such a way that it’s nice and easy to understand all the different modules. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get a ‘basic’ knowledge of GDPR.

The GDPR material and course were superb. I booked the course as part of a package with a live online PCI-DSS course which was also really good. The GDPR materials were delivered extremely quickly to my online portal and contained lots of salient examples of GDPR theory in practical situations, emphasising the importance of data privacy and governance. I found the materials and online platform and content excellent. Highly recommended.

I booked onto this course knowing the topic would be tough going and we would be covering a lot of content. However, Andrew made the entire day interesting and engaging. As a company, we are not too bad in terms of compliance but doing this course made me understand the gaps that we need to fill. Live on-line course with Matt, he was knowledgeable and engaging and gave real life examples. He made me realise how important it is that we understand the legislation and encouraged us to read around the subject and how to keep abreast of new developments and not to feel guilty about spending time reading around the subject. This was a really good course that confirmed a lot of what I already knew but has certainly boosted my confidence to do the role.
