Course overview

Under Article 35 of the GDPR, organisations must conduct a DPIA where the processing of personal data is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects. A DPIA must be completed before you start processing the data. In particular, a DPIA is required for automated data processing activities, including large-scale processing of certain types of data, profiling which could result in a legal impact on individuals, and systematic monitoring of a publicly accessible are on a large scale.

This combination package will teach you both the fundamentals of the GDPR and how to conduct a DPIA over two days. You can either take this combination package on consecutive days, subject to availability, or split them over time to avoid taking too much time from the office at once.
