Course content

  • Outlines the applicable ICT incident management principles.
  • Explains how to manage third-party risk.
  • Covers DORA’s resilience testing requirements, including the necessary methods and frequency of tests.
  • Highlights the Act’s information-sharing principles and the processes organisations must follow to comply.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for attending this course. However, we recommend reading DORA – A Guide to the Digital Operational Resilience Act before taking this programme, as it will give you an overview of the concepts covered during your training.

Exam information

Attendees take the Certified Digital Operational Resilience Act Foundation (C-DORA F) exam set by IBITGQ (International Board for IT Governance Qualifications). There is no extra charge for this exam.

The exam is delivered online and lasts 60 minutes.

Can exams be retaken?

Yes, if you are unsuccessful on the first attempt, you can retake the exam for an additional fee.

Qualifications

Those that pass the exam will earn the C-DORA F qualification – recognised by employers worldwide.

This course awards 7 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, which are accredited by the CPD Certification Service.
