SWIFT’s Customer Security Control Framework (CSCF) includes both mandatory and advisory security controls for any financial organisation that uses SWIFT services.
Our readiness assessments provide a thorough, independent review of your current security controls so that we can get you on track for your SWIFT certification. Our assessors will:
- Complete an independent review of the relevant SWIFT security controls to verify effectively and meet attestation requirements;
- Determine your readiness for SWIFT certification; and
- Create an ordered list of issues and their associated risk.

How do we work?
We’ll work with you either remotely or on-site to examine how your security activities align to the CSCF.
Taking into account both mandatory and relevant optional controls, we’ll assess how ready you are for CSCF certification. This includes determining whether the measures have been scoped appropriately and that security is addressed as part of the organisation’s governance activities.
Your SWIFT infrastructure determines which controls you must comply with, and identifying which architecture type matches your infrastructure lets us identify which components are within the scope of the control framework.
The output of the readiness assessment will be a comprehensive report with the consultant’s findings.
