IT Governance aims to deliver a consistent and seamless experience for distance learning delegates. Through our regional one-stop shops, distance learning delegates now have control of their course bookings from within their account area.

This allows you to purchase and instantly access your distance learning course. You can also assign courses to delegates here and mark your course as complete when you're ready to take your exam.

How do I place an online order for an distance learning course?

Follow these simple steps to shop with us:

  • Hover over the ‘SHOP’ link in the top menu and select ‘Training Courses’. Scroll down the page to view our range of distance learning courses. Alternatively, use the search bar in the top menu to find the course(s) that you’re looking for.
  • Select the course you are interested in purchasing.
  • On the product page, select the quantity (number of places) required.
  • When you are happy with the quantity, click the ‘Add to basket’ button.
  • You will then see a pop-up ‘Shopping Cart’ in which you can review the items in your basket. From here, you can either continue shopping or go to the checkout.
  • If you are happy with the items in your shopping cart, click ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.
  • On the checkout page, enter your email address in the ‘Email’ box under ‘Account’, and click ‘Save’.
  • If you are a new customer, you will need to enter a strong password and click ‘Create account’. If you are a returning customer, enter your account password and click ‘Login’.
  • Enter your ‘Billing to’ address by clicking ‘Add New Address’, and your ‘Paying With’ payment details by clicking ‘Credit Card’.
  • If you have any promotional codes, please enter them in the ‘Special Offer Codes’ box and click ‘Add’.
  • You must select the ‘I agree to terms & conditions below’ button before clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, which will complete your order.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, we accept orders over the phone. Contact our customer services team on +44 (0)333 800 7000 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If our offices are closed, you can order online at any time by visiting our shop.


Where can I find my distance learning course booking?

  • Click 'LOGIN' in the top menu.
  • Once you have logged in, click ‘Account’ and then ‘Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your Account page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your distance learning course bookings under ‘Distance Learning Courses'.

How can I add delegates?

  • Click 'LOGIN' in the top menu.
  • Once you have logged in, click ‘Account’ and then ‘Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your Account page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your distance learning course bookings under ‘Distance Learning Courses'.
  • Under ‘Distance Learning Courses' you can select ‘Add delegate(s)’, where you can input the required delegate details. Please enter this information carefully as it cannot be amended.

How do I change delegate details if I've made an error?

How do I login to the LMS?

You can access the LMS via the following link: https://users.grcelearning.com/login/index.php

Alternatively, you can access the LMS via your account page: 

  • Click 'LOGIN' in the top menu.
  • Once you have logged in, click ‘Account’ and then ‘Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your Account page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Distance Learning Courses’.
  • Under the Learning management systme header you will see an 'Access course' link. Please click on this to access your course.

How do I reset my LMS password?

Select the ‘Forgotten your username or password’ option on the LMS landing page (https://users.grcelearning.com). Alternatively, email the E-learning Support Team, who will be able to reset your details.


I can’t access my course. What should I do?

If you are experiencing issues when trying to access your distance learning course, please get in touch with our E-learning Support Team via email or by calling +44 (0)333 800 7000.


How do I access my course materials?

You can access your course materials via the LMS by the following link: https://users.grcelearning.com/login/index.php

Alternatively, you can access the LMS via your account page: 

  • Click 'LOGIN' in the top menu.
  • Once you have logged in, click ‘Account’ and then ‘Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your Account page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Distance Learning Courses’.
  • Under the Learning management systme header you will see an 'Access course' link. Please click on this to access your course.

How do I start my exam?

When you have completed your studies and you're ready to take your exam, you will need to mark your course as complete via your account page. 

  • Click 'LOGIN' in the top menu.
  • Once you have logged in, click ‘Account’ and then ‘Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your Account page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Distance Learning Courses’.
  • Under the 'Course completed' header you will see a 'Course completed' button. Please click on this to mark your course as complete.

This will notify our E-learning Support Team who will then contact the examination board to obtain your login credentials and forward them across with full guidance on how to schedule your exam appointment.
