I have always been confused about the correct way to use Cc and Bcc when sending emails. This course provides some excellent advice. I recommend that managers in all organisations ask their staff to take this course ASAP.

I never realised how important it was to use the cc and bcc correctly. Great course that touches on a number of simple mistakes and the effect they can have.
