Referral terms and conditions:

• To refer an organisation to IT Governance under this programme, you must be an eligible IT Governance Executive Club member.
• Referral links can be generated by navigating to the IT Governance Executive Club section of the My Account area on the website.
• The referred organisation is only valid as part of this referral scheme if it is a new organisation to IT Governance and has not purchased through IT Governance in the past. 
• Generated referral links can be shared with an infinite number of organisations and a reward will be sent each time a valid referral makes their first purchase with IT Governance Ltd.
• Rewards will only be paid for a first purchase with IT Governance Ltd. Subsequent orders from a referral will not be applicable for a reward. 
• Referral rewards will be paid via a £50 IT Governance gift voucher. Vouchers will be issued once the referred customer has placed their first order and can be redeemed online at www.itgovernance.co.uk/shop. Vouchers will be valid for 3 months and are non-transferrable.
• IT Governance may suspend, change or terminate this programme at any time and without notice.
• IT Governance reserves the right to suspend a customer’s participation in the referral scheme for inappropriate or suspicious activity.
