GRCI Law consultancy service overview
GRCI Law services are fulfilled by experienced data protection/privacy and cyber and information security lawyers and practitioners. Each service is delivered by a dedicated team of consultants with specialist knowledge and invaluable experience in their field.
The three hours can be used against any single GRCI Law service. A member of the GRCI Law team will contact you after purchase, simply advise your consultant which service you would like to use.
The consultancy services you can choose from:
- DPO as a Service
This service provides expert support and advice for DPOs (data protection officers) who need guidance on a particular matter relating to their role as a DPO. This can include advising on the need for a DPIA (data protection impact assessment), discussing staff awareness training, support meeting regulatory compliance or help to resolve any query that you may have. This service is ideal if you don’t want to commit to a monthly contract.
- Data Privacy Manager Service
This flexible service offers support for organisations that are not required to appoint a DPO but would like guidance meeting the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The GRCI Law team will support your GDPR compliance project with any data protection or cyber security queries that may arise.
- GDPR Contract and Legal Services
Our legal and privacy experts offer professional GDPR support to ensure you are complying with the Regulation. We can review, revise or draft contracts and legal documents pertaining to the GDPR, such as supplier contracts and privacy policies, as well as documents required for international data transfers, including binding corporate rules and standard contractual clauses.
- Breach Management as a Service
Save your three support hours until you need them most: when you fall victim to a data breach. When you suffer a data breach, the clock starts ticking and you don’t have long. Under the GDPR, organisations have to gather all the necessary information to report the breach within just 72 hours. We support organisations through data breaches on a regular basis. Your dedicated GRCI Law consultant is on hand to help – from determining whether the breach is reportable to dealing with the authorities and recording the incident, we are able to advise you through a stressful time and offer remediation advice to help prevent it from happening again.
- DSAR as a Service
Worried about data subject access requests (DSARs) and the time consumed by fulfilling them? Let us do the legwork for you. We will take all the necessary steps such as verifying data subjects’ identity, gaining third-party permissions or redacting data, and documenting the DSAR for your records. Respond to your DSARs quickly and efficiently and make sure you meet the 30-day deadline.
