- When purchasing this product, the customer is confirming that they are (or will in 30 days be) in compliance with the Cyber Essentials Plus scheme. Cyber Safeguard – Gold customers will not be able to make a claim under the policy arising from a period before all requirements were in place. Customers should note that there will be no refunds. Eligibility
This service is suitable for organisations of any size in any industry within the UK. To qualify for the Gold package, your organisation must hold a valid Cyber Essentials Plus certificate a valid Cyber Essentials certificate, and you must have implemented the recommendations of the NCSC’s Small Business Guide: Cyber Security.
Your first payment will be taken on the day of purchase, and you will be billed monthly or annually thereafter, depending on the subscription service you have purchased.

- This is a one-year minimum contract that is paid monthly or annually. If you cancel your subscription within the first year, the balance will still be payable.
