A breath of fresh air - Learning Agile can be difficult because the most of the books written about it are boring and hard to read. This book, however, is readable, easy to understand and inspiring. If you only order one book about Agile, make sure it's this one.

A quick, informative and enjoyable read - I read this book very quickly. It's packed full of information with lots of stories from people who use Agile in their organisations. You will come away with many useful tips about how to start putting Agile principles into practice. But its not simplistic. Thomas manages to convey that this is as much about mindset as it is about technique.
