The Yoga & ITSM Model©

Yoga in ITSM is a new model created for managing the people element of ITSM related projects. The model provides guidance and best practices for service management processes and templates, to be used in conjunction with existing ITSM frameworks. The model focuses heavily on improvement using Continual Service Improvement (CSI).

The Yoga in ITSM© model has been developed over the last 20 years by ITSM expert and yoga trainer Beverly Weed-Schertzer.
