Hello %ParticipantName%,
You have been booked to attend the %ProductName% at %VariantName% on %NewAttributeName%.
Important information
Course materials
Please download your course material via your My Account page before attending your course*. A ‘READ ME’ document is provided which we recommend you familiarise yourself with. This summarises your course material package together with any additional actions which will take place to ensure that you have everything you need for your training course.
If you are an existing customer, you can access your course materials 20 days prior to attending your course by logging into your My Account page using the email address that was provided by you or on your behalf at the time of booking. You can then scroll down to ‘Course Details’ where you will see a ‘courseware.zip’ file link under ‘Download Course Material’.
If you are a new customer, then you should receive a separate ‘Welcome to IT Governance’ email where you will be prompted to log into your new account using the temporary password that has been provided. You will then be able to reset your password and access your account. If you do not receive this email, you can manually reset your password here.
Once you have logged into your account, please follow the steps below to access your course materials*:
1. Click Webshop in the top menu.
2. Click My Account and then My Account again in the top menu.
3. Scroll down to ‘Course Details’ at the bottom of your My Account Page.
4. Click the ‘courseware.zip’ file link under ‘Download Course Material’.
Please make sure that you have the latest version of the course material with you. We advise you to check the ‘courseware.zip' file version number via your My Account page, the day prior to attending.
*Course materials are available from 20 days before the course start date and up until 5 days after the course ends.
Please note: you must bring an electronic or printed copy of your course material to the venue with you when you start your training course. The course materials have been provided as a PDF with comments enabled if you wish to bring your laptop or tablet to the course. Alternatively, a print-ready version is available if you would prefer to bring a hardcopy.
Exams
Please note that all IBITGQ exams are now online exams, so you will need to bring a 'pop-up enabled' laptop/tablet to the venue. Full details on how to access the exam will be provided by email 1-2 days before sitting the exam.
