Are there any prerequisites for this course?

While there are no formal entry requirements for this course, we recommend that all attendees should have the following:

  • Experience with Windows 10 devices.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of authorisation and authentication.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks.
  • Working knowledge of managing mobile devices.

5 star rating. A really good course that is recommended - The trainer Mark Ingram asked and answered a lot of questions and worked hard throughout to keep delegates engaged in the course. Whilst no immediate plans to take the associated exam, this is something I am committed to doing and will schedule in the future accordingly

Mark the trainer was brilliant, the structure of the training was spot-on, there was a lot to go through but Mark did a fantastic job of keeping pace whilst also going above and beyond to check understanding before moving on. Recommended 5 Stars

Could not find fault with the course at all - brilliantly delivered by Mark Ingram who checked understanding throughout and went above and beyond to ensure a fun and positive training experience - Enjoyed the access to the Labs and certainly feel confident when I take the exam - I learnt so much new information that gave extra value to an already impressive course - Thank you

Actually a 4.5 rating - only thing that stopped me from giving a perfect 5 is that the Live Online method of learning does not really suit my preferred classroom delivery. That said, the trainer was great - went above and beyond to expand on the material - The Labs was particularly enjoyable and is a course that I would have no hesitation in recommending!!!
