The revised ISO/IEC 27001:2013
standard, alongside the code of practice ISO/IEC 27002:2013,
was launched on 25 September 2013. The new edition of the Standard has had some key changes regarding required documentation. For example, the Standard no longer specifies the use of the PDCA cycle, and it is more focused on setting objectives and measuring performance.
