Ely, England, 10 May 2012:IT Governance (ITG), the one-stop shop for ITIL®, ISO/IEC 20000 and IT service management expertise, announces that the best-selling ITSM, ITIL® & ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit completes the accreditation process with APMG – licensees of ITIL® products. Its ITSM, ITIL® & ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit is an Official ITIL Product.

IT Governance released the first version of this documentation toolkit at last year’s Service Desk IT Show due to high demand. This year, the Toolkit received an increased level of interest deriving from the global adoption of IT service management in the past year.

Organisations seeking methods to introduce and implement IT service management practices can reduce costs and effort, with this fully comprehensive suite of pre-written documents, project tools and case studies that will aid any organisation in its IT service management system implementation.

Alan Calder, CEO of IT Governance, says, ‘It is brilliant news that our toolkit has completed the accreditation process with AMPG. It gives us a good standing in the IT service management sector, and it introduces IT Governance and its products into the IT service management market’.

The ITSM, ITIL® & ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit is designed to help companies put in place ‘fit-for-purpose’ documentation, implement ITIL service management best practices and, ultimately, optimise their IT service management systems.
