IT Governance launches new ITIL® books and training courses at the Service Desk and IT Support Show 2013


IT Governance, the single-source provider of ITSM, ITIL® and ISO20000 products and services, has announced that it will exhibit at the Service Desk and IT Support Show taking place on 23 and 24 April in London. The IT Governance team will officially launch a number of new books and the EXIN-accredited ITIL® 2-day Foundation course.

With traditional ITIL Foundation courses taking three or four days to complete, this two-day course offers a faster learning route, whilst providing essential preparation for the inclusive EXIN exam.
