IT Governance launches ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System Documentation Toolkit

14/03/2017

IT Governance, the leading provider of compliance solutions and information security expertise, is delighted to announce the launch of its new ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System Documentation Toolkit.

New to IT Governance’s ISO series of toolkits, the ISO 37001:2016 ABMS Documentation Toolkit is designed to help organisations put in place an anti-bribery management system to support compliance with bribery and corruption laws across the world.

Alan Calder, the founder and executive chairman of IT Governance, said: “With anti-bribery laws in 46 jurisdictions, governments are taking a more aggressive approach to enforcement for such offences and implementing an ISO 37001-compliant ABMS will help organisations comply with such legislation. Upon release last year, ISO 37001 was the ISO’s second-best-selling standard worldwide after ISO 9001, outselling ISO 14001.

“To help organisations implement appropriate mechanisms to prevent bribery, we launched the ISO 37001 ABMS documentation toolkit. It provides a complete set of mandatory and supporting pre-written documentation templates to reduce the time spent developing documentation.”

The toolkit integrates with the existing ISO 27001:2013 information security management system (ISMS), ISO 14001:2015 energy management system (EMS) and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS) documentation toolkits from ITGP.

It contains documentation such as: anti-bribery policy, risk management procedures, ABMS objectives and planning documentation, communicating the ABMS policies, roles and responsibilities, competence procedures, hiring and new starters’ procedures, ABMS employment policy, awareness and communications procedures, and many more.

Developed by anti-bribery expert Alan Field, the toolkit contains a complete set of mandatory and supporting documentation and guidance. It bundles years of experience with quality and integrated management systems in the legal, financial, property services and project management sectors.
