Delegates who attended the new ITIL (2 Day) Foundation Training Course
delivered by IT Governance
achieved an impressive 100% pass rate in the ITIL Foundation exam awarded by EXIN.
IT Governance introduced this innovative two-day ITIL Foundation course to offer busy ITSM professionals a quicker route to qualification than traditional three-to-four day courses. This resounding exam success is a clear demonstration of the effectiveness of this new two-day approach.
The EXIN accredited ITIL (2 Day) Foundation Training Course
was developed by IT Governance’s in-house ITIL experts and is delivered by Andy Britton, an experienced trainer and ITIL/ISO20000 consultant.
Delegates attending the first course reported that the content was very well-paced:
“Andy kept sessions moving and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. If there was a point I didn’t get, he was very patient and thorough with his explanations and didn’t move on until he was sure I’d understood.”
Alan Calder, CEO of IT Governance confirms, “The 100% pass rate shows that we have achieved our aim to create a high quality, two-day course that fully prepares delegates for the ITIL Foundation qualification. Our two-day course also minimises time away from the workplace, offering a significant cost-saving to organisations – particularly those that require training for several employees.”
The next EXIN accredited ITIL (2 day) Foundation Training Course
will take place on 18-19 April 2013 in London and bookings can be made online here: www.itgovernance.co.uk/shop/p-820.aspx
