The UK’S National Security Strategy acknowledges cyber threats as one of the four major risks to national security and to UK businesses.
Even so, many organisations do not have basic cyber security measures in place, are starting from scratch and don’t know where to start.
If you have not suffered one already, it’s inevitable that your business will suffer a cyber attack in the future. And if such an attack results in a breach of personal data belonging to your clients or employees, you will face serious fines under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will be enforced from May 2018.
Evaluate your existing practices
Many organisations start with an evaluation of their current cyber security posture to identify any gaps between their current practices and what their practices should be.
Engage IT Governance to conduct a Cyber Review or Cyber Health Check and we will flush out your organisation’s cyber risks and vulnerabilities, assess your threat exposure and provide you with recommendations for improvement.
