Over 1 million organisations have gained certification against the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001.
If you were still unconvinced of the benefits of ISO 9001, the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) has analysed a series of 42 scientific studies to settle the matter. The study used a meta-analysis approach and studied the ‘extent to which the financial efficiency of an organization improved after ISO 9001 certification, and if this performance was higher than that of similar, but non-certified, organizations’.
