PSI awarded $96M contract for employing ITIL® and IT Service Management processes and methodologies

PSI, a provider of information technology solutions and services has been awarded a $96 million, five-year contact for providing  high-quality code maintenance services for DHSS.

Under the contract, PSI will provide system analysis and code maintenance by employing established ITIL based processes and methodologies.
