A string of ransomware attacks on multiple hospitals has likely caused a nail-biting pandemic in hospital IT departments across the globe this month.

On top of ransomware attacks, there have been plenty of data breaches, and even a DDoS on a chess tournament’s website that has been called “controversial” because of its exclusivity. A motive, perhaps?
