The Colin Bentley PRINCE2 Practitioner Bundle consists of three titles, ideal for those of you looking to gain PRINCE2 certification to Practitioner level. The bundle of books (authored and assembled by Colin Bentley) will help you pass your PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and implement it into your workplace.
Bentley was the Chief Examiner for PRINCE2, from its beginning until 2008, and wrote and marked all Foundation and Practitioner exam papers. In the bundle, he expresses what information is critical for those either studying the exams or those wishing to implement the method.
- The Essence of PRINCE2 – PRINCE2 2009 Edition:- This book covers every aspect of the method required for students who are thinking of taking the PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner examinations.
- Managing Small Projects with PRINCE2:- This book sets out to explain how PRINCE2 can be tailored to any size of project, starting with the smallest. It takes every part of the method and shows what can be combined and how to tailor the method to avoid unnecessary overheads without losing control, but still making it clear what you want as the end result.
- The Art of PRINCE2 Survival – 2009 Edition:- Inspired by a Dilbert book, Colin Bentley has composed this anthology of cartoons and stories plus an in-depth study of many of the less well understood points of the PRINCE2 project management methodology.
