Always judge a training company by its schedule

At this time of year, most successful training companies take the opportunity to release their schedule of public training courses for the following year. With course names, locations and dates confirmed, a schedule should provide a clear statement of both the availability and ‘business intent’ of any training provider.

With the release of its public training schedule for 2015, IT Governance Ltd has confirmed its commitment to expanding its portfolio of IT GRC training courses and increasing the availability of those courses to customers located in any region of the world.

Building the knowledge and skills required to implement and maintain ISO 27001 remain at the core of our training schedule. Key courses such as our ISO 27001 Certified ISMS Foundation, Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor sessions are now available in the UK in a classroom format on a monthly basis. The same courses and their respective IBITGQ exams are also now available in a unique Live Online format available to delegates in any part of the world.

We have also increased our range of professional certification courses designed to provide exam preparation and complete ‘course + exam’ packages that deliver the essential certifications required to build a senior career in cyber security management or consultancy. These include ISACA and (ISC)2 certifications such as CISM and CISSP, together with CompTIA Security+ and CISMP qualifications.

A word of warning

Sadly, some less than scrupulous training companies release training schedules where the course dates are not actually correct — and some with courses that do not actually exist! At IT Governance, our policy is to publish a full training schedule and never cancel a course.
