WHITE COLLAR CRIME
Enron and Worldcom are just two of the most high profile examples of companies being brought down by insider crime. Insider crime, crime committed usually by managers and staff with access to privileged and confidential information is usually known as White Collar Crime, and is one of today's biggest risk areas for company boards.
Identifying and preventing white collar crime is important; knowing how to deal with it after the event (because it will happen) is at least as important.
This site has a white collar crime/computer forensics bookshop, which contains some of today's most relevant books and guides on the subject.
