Geoff Harmer has trained me for ITIL Problem Management many years back, his distinct teaching methodology (Pedagogy) has prompted me to opt for my COBIT5 under his tutorship. He is an excellent trainer who doesn't believe in one size fits all but tailors his teaching to suit individual participant. No matter your situation, Geoff will add uncommon value at the end of training.
