This annual support package includes unlimited telephone and email technical support for setting up and operating vsRisk Network-enabled version. Those customers who do not have this annual support package will be able to purchase support tickets for £70 + VAT; each support ticket will deal with a single technical issue.
Annual licence fee and direct debit option
This licence costs £200 if purchased annually in advance; if paid by direct debit, this licence will cost only £16 (+VAT) per month. Regrettably, the direct debit facility is available only to customers with UK bank accounts. Please contact us for a direct debit form.
Professional advice on constructing and carrying out a risk assessment is not included. Our consultancy team can provide such advice on a separate basis.
Customers with software versions older than the vsRisk 2 will be required to purchase a brand new version of the product from 15 October 2014. Please contact our support team to upgrade to vsRisk 2 now.
Free updates refer to variants of existing versions, i.e. version 2.3 to version 2.4. Free updates exclude upgrades to new editions or new versions. The following are not included in the free updates offer: upgrades to a new edition (e.g. from Standalone to Multi-user), or upgrades to a new version (e.g. from version 2.3 to version 3).
