Who is this course suitable for?
The London based course training leading to this Certification has a wider scope than the Auditor training/Certification and is aimed at IT(SM) consultants who wish to assist organisations to prepare for audit/certification.
What does this course cover?
In order to achieve the qualification, candidates must score at least 50% in each of the elements with a combined total of 65% or higher.
During the course, you will learn:

- Introduction and background to ISO/IEC 20000 Certification
- The certification scheme
- ISO/IEC 20000 Part 1
- Scoping
Day 2:
- ISO/IEC 20000 Part 2
- The use and application of ISO/IEC 20000
Day 3:
- Feedback, Review, Revision
- Examination (

The Certificate is awarded to candidates passing the relevant examination, which can only be taken as part of an accredited training course. The examination consists of a single, 1-hour, “closed book” multiple choice paper and a 1-hour written assignment, which is also “closed book”.

Are there entry requirements?
Candidates must hold the ITSM Foundation Certificate. Although it is not a pre-requisite, candidates who hold an ITIL Service Management Managers certificate will be at an advantage.
