This Course explores the nature and architecture of Business Processes and explains some of the best practice approaches to Process improvement. Throughout the Course, emphasis is given to the role of Information Systems as a key enabler of Business Processes.

Who is this course suitable for?

Process Analysts, Business Analysts and Project Leaders. Any role involved in identifying and documenting Processes, charged with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Processes, or involved with deploying IT applications in support of Business Processes.

Are there entry requirements?

There are no formal prerequisites for this course although it is assumed that delegates have an understanding and experience of how businesses operate.

This course will replace BPG as preparation for the ISEB Certificate in Modelling Business Processes.
