This 5-day course leads to the ITIL Certificate – Managing Across the Lifecycle. This is a free-standing qualification, but is also one of the modules that leads to the ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management.

Who is this course suitable for?

This course is suitable for individuals who require a detailed understanding of ITIL Lifecycle Management and how it may be implemented to enhance the quality of IT service provision within an organisation

It is particularly suitable for: CIOs, CTOs, managers, supervisory staff, team leaders, designers, architects, planners, IT consultants, IT audit managers, IT security managers, service test managers and ITSM trainers.

What does this course cover?

The course will consist of formal lecturing, group discussions, in-course assignments, and a practice examination paper.

 

Days one to four will consist of detailed learning activities with evening assignments. The morning of day five will be devoted to revision and exam preparation.

 

The examination (one hour) will take place after lunch on day five. (the price of the exam is not included in the course price.

Please note: The cost of the exam is under the control of the exam board and is not part of the standard training course cost. The exam can be booked with us at an additional charge.

 

Course location: This course takes place in Heywood, which is about 20 miles from Manchester airport and only 10 miles from Manchester city centre.
