The ITIL Foundation Exam Primer is a software-based testing engine that allows you to practice and hone your ITIL Foundation knowledge prior to taking the ITIL V3 Foundation exam - or order it as part of a special ITILv3 Foundation Revision Kit.

The ITIL Foundation Exam Primer contains three papers, each with 40 questions, so a total of 120 questions. It provides a sure-fire way for your practice prior to taking the ITILv3 Foundation exam. The software is split into two parts. They are:

ITIL Foundation Paper:

In this part of the software you are provided with practice questions. As you move questions-by-question through this section you are immediately advised whether or not you have answered the question correctly.

Additionally, when the appropriate area of the software grid is hovered over, the key information relating to the question is displayed. Explaining the key information behind the question.

ITIL Foundation Test:

In this section of the software you are able to complete a mock exam under exam conditions. You will be timed from the moment you select this option in the software and your time is displayed at the top of the screen. No answers or feedback are provided.

When you have completed the exam, or when the timer has reached one hour, your exam score will be displayed showing your total score.
