Description of the two parts of the BS25999 Standard.

BS 25999-1:2006 Code of Practice for Business Continuity Management (Download):-This part of the standard provides advice and guidance on business continuity management.  It establishes the processes, principles, and terminology business continuity management.

 

BS 25999-2:2007 Specification for Business Continuity Management (Download):-This is the new (Winter 2007) specification for implementing, establishing, and improving a business continuity management system (BCMS) within an organisation.
