Who is this course suitable for?

  • Individuals who require a business and management level understanding of the ITIL® core Lifecycle

  • Individuals seeking the ITIL® Expert certification in IT Service Management for which this qualification is the final mandatory module

  • Individuals progressing towards the ITIL Master in IT Service Management for which the ITIL® Expert is a prerequisite

Are there entry requirements?

Candidates must have a total of at least 17 credits;

  • 2 credits from the ITIL Foundation Certificate

AND

  • 15 credits (minimum) from a balanced combination of ITIL® Service Lifecycle and ITIL® Service Capability Certificates

On attending the course please ensure you provide documented evidence that you have passed the above by either presenting your certificate(s) (or a copy of your certificate(s)) to the course lecturer.

 

If you cannot provide the physical certificate(s), then as a minimum you must provide the certificate/candidate number(s) and dates of passing each examination. If you have lost your certificate or you do not have a record of your certificate number please contact ISEB directly before attending the course. Examinations

The examination will consist of a complex multiple choice, closed book paper, to be completed within 90 minutes. The pass mark is 70%.
