ITIL®up> Practitioner Training Courses
The ITIL® Practitioner Certificates are meant for technology professionals who manage and optimise specific processes within the field of IT Service Management and carry out the actions that are associated with those processes on a day-to-day basis.
Practitioner Certificates are available in the following IT processes:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Configuration Management
- Availability Management
- Capacity Management
- Change Management
- Service Level Management
- Security Management
- Financial Management
The Practitioner Certificates allows a technology professional to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of one or more specific ITIL processes.
The Practitioner exam can be made up of either
- one multiple choice paper, for which the student is allowed 120 minutes to complete (this is closed-book).
- The other form of the examination is a written paper for which 60 minutes is allowed, plus a 60 minute closed-book multiple choice paper.
In order to achieve one of the Practitioner Certificates candidates must attain 60% mark or above.
