On Monday, myself and Jamie Titchener (Product Manager for IT Governance Ltd) attended the itSMF UK conference in London.
Along with meeting some old friends: Shirly Lacy and Jenny Dugmore (authors of the ITSM, ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit), Claire Agutter (author of ITIL Foundation Essentials: The exam facts you need) and some of the itSMF chapters we have partnered with, we also saw our recently published title, The Definitive Guide to IT Service Metrics at the official Bookstore.
What stuck out to me on that day was the number of people that came up to us and commented on how useful this book was to them.
