ITIL® Books
'ITIL' is the acronym for 'IT Infrastructure Library'. ITIL is a set of books that contain best practice in IT service management. 'ITIL' and 'IT Infrastructure Library' are registered trademarks that belong to the OGC (the UK's Office of Government Commerce) and they are published by TSO (the Stationery Office).
The current version of ITIL is version 3 (ITILv3), which is contained in five core books plus an official introduction. All the ITILv3 books are available in soft covers, downloadable pdf and annual subscription.
The introduction, the official gateway to ITILv3 is The Official Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle, which has high-level process models and describes all the other books in the library.

The five core titles are designed to be read together as a suite of books forming the complete ITIL lifecycle. They are therefore available in money-saving complete collections.
